Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Voids Coordinator to join our team based in Waterloo. The successful applicant will join us on a full time permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum.
The Voids Coordinator role:

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Voids Coordinator. This post will sit within our responsive repair department, specialising in all aspects of repairs and maintenance in the social housing sector, offering a customer-led service, dedicated to getting the work completed quickly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities of our Voids Coordinator:
- Receive job notification and upload into works management system.
- Plan and mobilize internal and supply chain contractor resource.
- Update client systems with status milestones including completion forecasts.
- Collate and maintain information flow for all areas of works into a single workflow management process including final H and S handover packs with all relent certifications.
- Consistently demonstrate high levels of customer service and professionalism whilst dealing with all enquiries, documenting them accordingly and managing cases to resolution.
Knowledge/skills required by the Voids Coordinator:

Essential
- experience of working with the public in a customer focused environment.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, telephone skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to critically analyse complex data and present in a variety of ways to varied audiences.
- Flexibility and willingness to work outside normal office hours when the need arises.
Desirable
- experience of working in the construction/maintenance industry.
- experience of managing complaints queries.
