The Role
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that the floor layout is merchandised in accordance with the company guidelines
Promote new lines effectively
Create visually inspiring in-store and window displays which reflect and maintain our brand
Manage in-store props and internal mannequins in order to maintain high standards of image.
Keep up to date on the latest fashion trends, communicate and informing your store team about upcoming activities, campaigns and designer collaborations
Support in planning the commercial and visual activity of the store in a daily/weekly and seasonal manner
Responsible for the training and development of the commercial team
Understand and reinforce the company return policy.
Provide excellent customer service on the sales floor, in the fitting rooms and at the till.
Support customer service with product knowledge and awareness of the following;
* New arrivals
* Best sellers
* Offering alternatives
Ensure that safety, security and administrative routines are followed.
The Details
Your Skills:
Visual Merchandising experience in a retail fashion environment
Awareness of competitor and market activity
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
Ability to react quickly to changing situations, and delivering at pace.
Strong communication skills to communicate key Brand information to the Visual and wider store teams
Willingness to work late nights and early starts when required.
Drive and ambition and the ability to work on your own initiative.
A positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and improve
