Virtual Assistant- home based Our client is looking for a conscientious and motivated individual with excellent oral and written communication skills to act as a virtual assistant part-time for approximately 10 hours per week. This is a home working role but we would ask you to come to our office in London for the occasional internal meeting. You will be joining an entrepreneurial team consisting of both technology specialists and tax professionals.Our client helps companies to access government incentives related to technology and innovation to determine and assess technological innovation that is eligible for technology tax reliefs. Using your organisational skills, experience and knowledge, your role will be to assist and support the consulting team. experience/qualifications.
Ideally three years or more experience in a similar or other professional services role Strong computer and internet research skills, in particular MS Word, Excel and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skills Complete awareness of the importance of confidentiality at all times.
Your responsibilities will include:

Diary management project management email management booking travel liaising and coordinating meetings with clients support with marketing activities, including trade show and event planning, marketing collateral, communicating with external creative service  providersproof reading documents and reports as necessary for literacy and numerical accuracypreparing client reports and financial datacommunicating with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and suppliershandling special administrative projects.
This role brings with it the need for absolute confidentiality, client awareness, self-discipline, punctuality, attention to detail and pride in all aspects of the job. You will be expected to manage your own time as work demands and work as a diligent member of a team, you will need to be well organised, good humoured and have a strong work ethic.
