Ideally you will have experience in property financial modelling for development and investment. Your experience:
-Advanced Excel proficiency
-Cash flow projections
-IRR, Return on Costs (ROC), Return on Equity (ROE), Loan To Value (LTV), etc.
-Sensitivity analysis
- Capital / debt structure
-Analysing and interpreting property data.
-Researching
