Who are We are looking for?
For this role we are looking for someone with an appreciation for good customer service, a big personality, and knowledge of football. Some experience in the gaming world would be great but not essential. You must be confident to create and hold telephone conversations with our customers, able to manage a high volume of work tasks, maintain a positive attitude even when experiencing business objections and to create a rapport with customers in a short time frame.
