JOB TITLE
Viewing Representative / Ground Team Assistant
MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB
To conduct property viewings for vacant properties and assist and support the maintenance department with various tasks around our extensive property portfolio.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Availability
To provide availability for 3 evenings a week or 2 evenings and 1 Saturday afternoon for viewings. Availability is required 1 month in advance.
To provide your Line Manager with your availability once a week (minimum) to ensure that ground floor tasks can be allocated and carried out in an efficient and timely manner
Task Allocations
Tasks will be allocated according to availability and the needs of the business. Once tasks have been allocated, the appointed team member will be given access to a job sheet detailing all the requirements for completion. These will vary from each property and can range from granting access to tradesmen, waiting for deliveries to assisting with full property refurbishments.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
To conduct viewings, check tenants in/out and provide full inventory.
Key collection/drop off
Receiving deliveries
Providing access for contractors
Videoing and photographing interior/exteriors of properties and submitting to Maintenance Manager as requested
Overseeing contractors and job completions
Assisting with purchases (collecting orders, purchasing items as authorised by management etc)
Interior design/dressing of rooms (ensuring rooms are in a presentable state ready for viewings, placing items etc)
Please note this is a self-employed position – all persons will be responsible for paying their own NI and Tax liabilities.**
Terms of Pay:
The viewing rep role is commission based with potential earnings of up to £185 per room successfully let.
Ground Floor Assistant tasks are paid at £8 per hour.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: £8.00 /hour.
