Part-time Client Care Adviser at Hyde Park Veterinary Centre

We are a busy veterinary practice in the heart of central London. We are open 6 days a week, and our independent, caring and friendly service has established us as a core part of the local community.
We are seeking an additional part-time client care adviser to join our team in this very important front of house role providing the excellent service we pride ourselves on. You must enjoy contact with clients on the telephone and face to face in reception as well as interacting with their pets when they visit.
The successful candidate will need to have previous experience in a reception or customer service role. This would also suit someone with previous veterinary nursing or patient care experience, but a love of people and their pets is essential.
Applicants must have good communication and IT skills, an excellent telephone manner and have an ability to remain calm if under pressure. Exact days and hours are negotiable but we anticipate 20-30 hours per week both on weekdays and some Saturdays. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to help provide additional cover for holiday periods when needed.
