Full Time / Permanent Hours: 30 hours per week, flexible.

We are a highly successful automotive retailer. As one of the leading Toyota and Lexus Centres in the UK we are passionate about ensuring our customers are always the highest priority in every circumstance. We are now looking to recruit a Rental Sales Agent.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who has worked in the Car Hire Industry or similar, who likes varied work, is capable or working with minimal supervision and has good verbal communication skills.

Vehicle Rental Sales Agent Person Specification:

+ A confident and professional approach
+ Have the ability to make favourable impressions on others with effective relationship building skills.
+ Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 2 years and be over the age of 21 for Insurance purposes.
+ Attention to detail as paperwork is a key factor.

Role Responsibilities:

+ Greeting customers and matching their driving needs with our fleet of rental cars.
+ Recording details such as current driving licences, proof of residence etc.
+ Explaining the rules of hiring a vehicle.
+ Ensuring that the rental cars are ready when required, including driving them from our storage facility and to customers home address.
+ Collecting payment
+ Handling over / receiving cars from customers.
