This is a full time permanent position, working Mon-Fri, 9am – 5.30pm. Benefits include 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a season ticket loan and company pension scheme after completion of a probationary period.

DCD Group delivers a world leading series of events across five continents and a powerful global media portfolio, devoted to the data center industry. Our product portfolio includes live events, webinars, print and online media.
We are looking for a Platform Admin Support executive to join the team and work alongside the Head of Dev/IT to support the global teams across all platforms.
Core Responsibilities
• To gain an understanding of all DCD platforms and document ‘user processes’ to enable the teams to use the platform to its full potential
• Support Marketing and be a point of contact for global offices for event App queries
• Monitor DCD customer support system and action requests as required
• An understanding of Open X AD platform as support to the media team
• Project Management support when required
• General Admin support
