We are a London based High End Interior fit out firm currently looking for Multi Skilled Carpenter/Joiner to join our expanding team. We are owners and developers of Exclusive serviced apartments in Kensington (Gloucester Road area) 
About you …. 
You MUST be a confident trades person who takes pride in their work. You must be well organised and have a clean, tidy work ethic.
Your main trade will ideally be Joinery/Carpentry with the ability to carry out basic plumbing tasks*.
You must possess the following: 
• Minimum Blue CSCS Card (Carpentry/Joinery) 
• CIS (UTR) 
• PPE (Steel toe cap footwear required) all other PPE will be supplied 
• All common Carpentry Hand tools and Plumbing tools including Cordless Drill/Drivers (larger tools will be supplied by the company) 
• Excellent communication skills (English)
• Able to work well as part of a team or as an individual

About the Job. 
This is a permanent position. 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday
As a Multi Skilled Carpenter/Joiner you would be expected to carry out all basic Carpentry tasks like: 
* Rip-outs 
* 1st Fix, Floors, walls, ceilings, partitions… 
* 2nd Fix, Working with bespoke finished materials, fitting kitchens, assisting on fitting bathrooms, flooring, doors, windows…. 
* From time to time Maintenance task, Active and Preventative 
* And Plumbing tasks such as:
* 1st Fix plumbing (Running Hot/Cold and Heating pipes)
* Terminating pipework
* Soldering/Solvent Welding
* Installing Radiators
* Installing Thermostatic Mixers (Showers)
* Installing finished components in Bathrooms and Kitchens
NO GAS INSTALLATIONS ARE REQUIRED (Unless Gas Safe Registered, which is a bonus)
All works must be carried out with care and attention to detail from start to finish
The work varies, BUT it’s never boring.
