SUMMARY
You will be assisting the Marketing Manager on a range of marketing activities including social media campaign, email campaign, researching and contacting media partners and tracking and analysing each event. This is a full time 3 months opportunity Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Researching media partners for upcoming events, contacting them and sending them agreements. Ensuring each media partner agreement has been fulfilled
• Create Tweets and social media posts for sponsors, speakers and media partners for them to use to send on their social media platforms
• Task in banners and adverts with our in-house design team, ensure CTA is prominent and branding is correct for each event
• Proof reading emails, press releases, websites, PDF’s etc to ensure spelling and grammar is correct
• Utilise paid social media platforms, Lead Forensics and Audience
• Updating and managing DCD event websites
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Are degree educated or studying towards a related degree
• Can show great writing skills with a creative flare
• Are a proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and Power Point
• Have a track record of being a proactive person and attention to detail is a must
• Don’t shy away from getting Stuck in and involved with the team.
