We are a London based High End Interior fit out firm currently looking for Skilled Carpenter/Joiner to join our expanding team. We are owners and developers of Exclusive serviced apartments in Kensington (Gloucester Road area)
About you ….
You MUST be a competent and confident Carpenter/Joiner. You must be well organised and have a clean, tidy work ethic.
You must possess the following:

Minimum Blue CSCS Card
Cis (utr)
PPE (Steel toe cap footwear required) all other PPE will be supplied.
All common Carpentry Hand tools and Cordless Drill/Drivers (larger tools will be supplied by the company)
Excellent communication skills
Able to work well as part of a team or an individual.

As a considerate employer, we understand that not everyone may possess the CSCS card, but you have the years of relevant experience and the hands on skill. Please do get in contact.
About the Job.
This is a permanent position. 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday.
As a Carpenter/Joiner you would be expected to carry out all basic Carpentry tasks like:

Rip-outs
1St Fix, Floors, walls, ceilings, partitions…
2Nd Fix, Working with bespoke finished materials, fitting kitchens, assisting on fitting bathrooms, flooring, doors, windows….
From time to time Maintenance task, Active and Preventative.
All works must be carried out with care and attention to detail.

The work varies, BUT it’s never boring.
