We are currently looking to recruit an Air Conditioning Engineer to join our expanding in house development team.
Role:
The position will involve servicing, maintenance and installation of Air Conditioning and ventilation systems within our buildings.
PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) of installed systems.
Ability to specify systems for new installations.
Installation of new systems
You must be able to work with all major brands of Air conditioning systems.
You must be able to work under pressure, possess a flexible approach, ability to think outside the box, clean tidy work ethic. Must be self-motivated.
You must be able to solve problems, have the ability to fault find and repair.
You will be able to produce reports and records of all systems.
All Air Conditioning systems are within our owned and operated properties.
Requirements:
•             At least 5 years’ experience.
•             City and Guilds/NVQ qualified to level 2 or above.
•             F Gas qualified.
•             Own Trade Specific tools
•             Knowledge/experience with VRV, VRF, Split Systems, Ventilation Systems.
Hours:
Mon – Fri, 8.00am to 5.00pm, Some Saturdays may be required in the event of an emergency.
