Urdu / English Speaking Receptionist
Bukhari Chambers Solicitors are looking for a receptionist who can carry out general administration duties such as responding to telephone calls and client inquiries, as well as being the main contact point for the clients. The ideal candidate will have a confident telephone manner coupled with excellent customer service skills.
The candidate will be expected to carry out various responsibilities including:
- Managing phone calls, taking messages, passing messages to the relevant department;
- Responding to client inquiries via phone, in person or email and book appointments;
- Greeting clients / visitors at reception and dealing with general inquiries
- Liaise with case workers and solicitors in the office;
- Booking and managing appointments
-Other administrative and PA tasks
The successful candidate will:
- Have solid experience working in a similar office environment, Ideally Immigration solicitors.
- Be able to handle the admin tasks;
- Be self-sufficient and highly motivated with excellent communication skills;
- Be IT literate: MS Word and MS Excel knowledge required
- Be highly organized and be able to manage a full workload and multitask;
- Be professional and efficient.
It’s also strongly desired that the candidate is fluent in Urdu and English
salary negotiable, depending on experience
