Are you a talented and passionate UI\UX Designer?
This isn't one for the purists out there! Yes, we know UX and UI are two different things, and yes, we know that you know that too. We've developed some market leading technology and whilst design and usability has been something to take mind of, we're looking for a UX/UI Designer to really take our products to the next level.
Our primary technology, Media Centre, is a Marketing Automation platform/MRM system/Asset Management and Workflow tool. Ok sounds confusing, but if you hit that apply button and you'll get to find out more, nice! It's used by companies around the globe, you may have heard of a few: Heineken, Puma, Sainsbury's, Pizza Hut, Greene King, Renault, Halfords, and many more. It's good, but we know we can do better, and that's where you'll come in!
Working with Product Owners, Application Development Team, Front End Developers, and Designers, you'll be creating an elegant, easy to use, and desirable piece of technology, which will set the benchmark against all other ITG applications, those we have now, those in the pipeline, and those we haven't even thought of yet!
You're based in London, we have an office there so you've got somewhere to sit and people to talk to, always a bonus. But we'll need your expertise across our other locations too, travel between London, Birmingham and Dartford to be precise. Dartford is where we develop Media Centre so you'll want to get to know the people there, and Birmingham, well, just because it's nice to see where ITG started.

Essential Skills
Am I the right person for the job?
You'll know whether you're the right person or not. We've not had dedicated resource for UI/UX previously so we'll be looking for someone confident enough to tell us what needs doing.
We're looking for some Assurances though, as you'd expect. Having significant impact, or leading on, Web Application Design in B2B application, preferably with a marketing swing, in a cross-functional design team. Not too much to ask!
Everything else is as you'd expect, experience providing direction to developers who are working in Angular 5 or equivalent. experience in UI/UX design for web applications using modern UI frameworks, you can show strong UX methodologies and best practices.
You've also got the creative swing, being able to prototype design and development using leading tools: Invision, Sketch, Adobe XD, PhotoShop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
If you come at us with CSS and HTML skills, all the better but this isn't essential, as is any experience working on marketing asset management / MRM domains.
