Hands on role, responsible for generating output across UI design, interaction design with strong understanding of UX architecture and principles.
Output across enterprise apps, web design, native iOS and Android mobile apps with an interest in the innovation spaces of VR, MR and AR.
Focused on producing amazing visual work that will entice and engage users. Capable of owning projects and confident enough to share and present ideas. Perceptive enough to know when to make strategic design decisions in ones thinking, so you can organise thoughts and develop plans to suit the expectations of the applications and clients.
Typical activities:

Create simple, beautiful and intuitive user interfaces that will provide class leading digital experiences.
Generate stunning designs across multi platform UI’s and UI interactions.
Managing own time according to various deadlines and sprints.
Developing a strong understanding of client requirements and objectives.
Responsible for user experience design as well as user interface development, the individual will lead projects from research to initial wireframes, and then right through to visual design and final prototype delivery.
Creating ideas and stunning designs that can be used across various platforms.
Working across multiple applications at once across different frameworks and timezones.
Ability to travel overseas on projects when required.
Generate wireframes, workflows, sketches, designs, interactions and prototypes and present ideas to teams.
Communicate designs and educate in best practices that deliver elegant UI/UX/interaction principles.
Manage the UI/UX process and track projects through product development tools and processes.
Keeping creative director, design leads and project managers informed of project progress, timings and directions changes.

Skills required

User driven approach.
Great communication skills
Incredible interaction and animation skills.
Incredible UI design and interaction skillset.
Strong knowledge of information architecture, wire-framing, sketching capabilities.

Must have:

Expert in Sketch
Expert in interaction design using tools such as Principle, after effects, Flinto etc.
Expert in prototyping using tools such as Invision etc.
