Turndown Attendant - The Ned London
The Role
As Turndown Attendant, you will be required to work part time in the evenings.
You will play a key role in the housekeeping’s vision of success ensuring to provide a unique memorable original experience for every guest and the housekeeping department.
Key Responsibilities
• Cleaning guest’s rooms
• Turndown service
• Taking care of our guests and their property.
• Looking after guest floor areas and maintaining the cleanliness.
• Taking care of the working equipment
• Being positive and friendly
• Working closely with other team members.
• Identifying guest preferences and taking care of them.
• Reporting and following up on maintenance issues.
• Following hotel policies and procedures.

How The Ned Happened
Taking over the City’s disused Midland Bank Building, Soho House and Co. And New York’s Sydell Group have collaborated to restore the beautiful Grade I listed building. Hosting 9 restaurants, bars, a member’s club, Barber and Parlour, Ned’s Club Active and Relax, two swimming pools, along with six dedicated event spaces.
