We are looking for applicants for a two person spot on our telephone sales and support team. The role consists of online sales and marketing, supporting customer oriented perspective with the ability to convince and highly express over the phone mainly for Turkish speaking markets.
What we are looking for?
Proven experience in delivering customer excellence. Excellent verbal communication skills in Turkish. Analytical thinker and comfortable with communicating, sensitive with time management and high motivation.
Requirements and responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound contact from customers (phone, email, live chat)
• Teamwork skills
• Transferring accurate information to customers with quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Dedicated to resolving customers' issues or problems
• Confident and ambitious on sales
• Suitable for flexible working hours
