About Job
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Agent, with a background in dealing with a wide range of customer enquiries, to join our busy and thriving team.The role bears online sales and marketing, supporting customer oriented perspective with the ability to convince and highly express over the phone and various communication software products mainly for Turkish speaking markets.

Key Competencies

Proven experience of delivering customer excellence.
Good knowledge and use of everyday internet use.
Competence with MS Word and MS Excel as well as general use of MS Windows.
Outstanding verbal and written Turkish and English language skills.
Analytical thinker and comfortable with intra-group / intergroup communication, sensitive with time management and high motivation.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts on a regular basis.
Provide assistance to clients by email, live-chat and phone.
Teamwork skills
Transferring accurate information to customers with quality service and customer satisfaction.
Dedicated to resolving customers issues or problems.
Confident and ambitious on sales
Suitable for flexible working hours
Being able to work on a busy schedule.
