Tulip Landscapes London Ltd is a garden landscaping and design company based in Queens Park London NW6. We service private and commercial clients in central London. We are looking to recruit two people
1. A motivated gardener to join the teams. Driving licence preferred. Candidates need RHS level 2 horticulture or NVQ level 3 or equivalent or be close to qualifying. The work is physical and may require heavy lifting and you will need to be flexible in nature and happy to turn your hand to what ever is required on the day. A love for plants and gardening is essential, as are good verbal and written communication skills and excellent English. You must have a clean driving licence and be able to work in a team and use your initiative. We work in all Weathers and often deal with situations that can change with very little notice.
2. An office based assistant - We are looking to recruit a motivated gardener/person to work part time in the office based in Queen’s Park. An interest in plants and gardens is a must.
You need good verbal and written communication skills and excellent English. You must be able to work as part of a team, use your initiative and have good attention to detail and high standards.
The job description will include helping to run the day to day schedule for several gardening teams, plant sourcing and ordering, equipment sourcing and ordering, liaison with clients over scheduling, office management plus generally helping out with what ever is needed. There may also be opportunities to join the teams outside (maximum 1-2 days a week depending on the time of year) although it is likely to be mainly office based.
You must be computer literate and have an understanding of excel and word.
This is an opportunity for a person recently qualified or soon to qualify to experience life working in a busy, growing garden company.
