Keen Learners is hiring a part-time Centre Manager for our branch in Wembley Park, London. This role will suit someone with a strong sales background and excellent organisational and people skills. Management experience is desirable.
You will aim to orchestrate your team to delight customers and to motivate your staff to reach peak performance. You will be responsible for interviewing, hiring and inducting staff, performance management, ensuring that the centre is run in compliance with relevant regulations, ensuring that clients are all up to date with their subscription fees, managing resources, and attracting and retaining customers to your centre.

The role is Part-time (19 hours per week), and pays £9 - £10 per hour.
A 2:2 degree and good English and Maths GCSE grades are minimum requirements for this role.
