We’re a small team of passionate foodies with a fresh approach to London’s lunch market. We sell delicious, natural food through an innovative click and collect model in the City. We’re launching some new sites and are looking for people to help with delivery to our collection points and customer experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for active work in a growing start up.
The role will involve:
Cycling one of our eco-friendly delivery trikes from our kitchen to one of our pick up points in the City.
Providing excellent customer service at the pick up point and assisting with all aspects of our customer experience.
Tracking customer orders.
Assisting with final lunch prep and boxing up in the kitchen.
Other tasks as required on a regular basis.
Regular hours will be 10am-2pm Mon-Fri
experience and skills required:
We are looking for an outgoing, positive person who can work well under time pressure and deliver great customer service.
The right person will be detail focused, punctual and reliable.
An interest in healthy food and a reasonable level of fitness preferred (for trike cycling purposes!).
Must have the right to work in the UK.
