Trawler Trash is a new seafood restaurant soon to be open on Upper Street, we will be a fast paced, restaurant offering high quality seafood in a relaxed and approachable way. We will serve the lesser known treasures of the sea, the menu will change seasonally offering the freshest catches of the day to reduce waste and try to be as sustainable as possible.
We're looking for enthusiastic and friendly staff to join a team of like minded people at a bar and restaurant on Upper Street.
The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner service with brunch on weekends, we will also have a very small Slick takeaway service. The restaurant will be 45 covers all on one level with a ‘standing cocktail bar’ at the back.
The ideal candidates will have a keen interest in food and drink. Must be very approachable, polite and enjoy making conversation with customers.
Waiters must have at least 6 months experience working in a London restaurant be very friendly and have a genuine interest in food and drink. You will be able manage a section of 5-8 tables independently.
Bartenders/baristas will have strong knowledge of all spirits, innovative ideas to help us make our specially crafted cocktail list the strongest possible Those with experience working with specialty coffee is a bonus!
We offer very competitive rates of pay for the right candidates, a share of the service charge. Staff meals whilst on duty, benefits within the group.
