Busy professional is looking for a travelling PA to oversee business, social introductions and household dealings.
The right candidate should act as the first point of contact to the principal.
Key responsibilities:
Manage complex diaries and schedules on an international scale.
Prioritise the workload, keep the executive up to date on the status of tasks, ensure open items on the diary are closed/concluded on time.
Organise travel for both business and pleasure.
Organise business and personal appointments.
Make introductions in social and business circles.
Accompany the principal on business/pleasure trips to different countries and find out places to the executive’s taste/preference.
Oversee members of staff of the household.
Manage all billing and banking related tasks in the household as well as personal correspondence.
Make household purchases and set up the home to the desired standards.
Requirement:
Good organisational skills
Proficiency in main IT programs such as Word, Excel, PPT.
Undergraduate degree
Preferably speaks a Scandinavian language.
Well presented, with a good sense of fashion.
The executive is looking for someone who can be relied upon to always act with discretion.
As this role requires working in different counties, the candidate will be expected to have cultural awareness, interpersonal skills and adaptability.
Comfortable on boat
For this role a 24/7 availability is required.
Candidates need to be flexible with the working hours and be able to work with high pressure.
Starting date: February/March 2022
Salary offer: 50/60k per year upon experience.
