We are looking for a professional travelling Housekeeper/Laundress for a private family.
You will be contracted to work 45 hours per week + overtime. The salary offered for the position will be between £30,000 - £40,000 gross per annum, depending on skills and experience.
The family have a residence in Central London but travel extensively, flexibility to accompany them is essential.
You will join an established team of professional private household staff and be responsible for general upkeep of the household interiors and maintenance of the family's wardrobes and laundry. You will be familiar with operating laundry equipment and appliances, and possess exceptional ironing skills. Seamstress skills are advantageous but not essential.
The family require someone who is highly discreet, exceptionally hardworking and efficient, with an unparalleled attention to detail. Previous experience working within a formal private household is essential.

General upkeep and maintenance of household interiors.
Managing the household laundry and ironing.
Operating specialist laundry equipment and appliances.
Handling luxury clothing with care
Mending items of clothing
Handwashing delicate items
Packing and unpacking for travel
Wardrobe management and organization
Assisting with general household housekeeping.
Extensive overseas travel
