Training Officer / Learning and Development Officer - Luxury Hotel London Immediate start The Location Centrally located property offering a range of Suites, restaurant and bars as well as conference and banqueting facilities.The PersonWe are looking for a young, passionate and creative Human Resources and Training professional with at least one year of experience within a Hotel Environment who is well organised, excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and well-presented.You will work in conjunction with the Human Resources Team. Your focus will be to design, implement, deliver and evaluate existing and new training programs to support the development of the teams, the improvement on the service offered, support the succession planning, etc.You will foster a working environment that is high morale, provides constant learning and development and career progression opportunities, and supports positive and effective working relationships The Role* Maintain all training records* Analyse training needs, personal development and learning new skills demands, reason for leaving, etc* Create and implement training program and coordinate sessions* Work closely with Head of Departments to understand and attend to training needs for their teams* Assist in the drafting, implementation, and reviews of Hotel's policies related to Human Resources.* Support other Human Resources functions when required (incl. Disciplinary meetings, recruitment, etc.)* Responsible for engagement activities and employee social calendar Key requirements* Desirable - CIPD qualified Level 5 - desirable* Be pro-active with excellent organisational skills and the ability to balance conflicting priorities and meet deadlines under pressure Salary: up to GBP40000 + great benefits Location: London Interested in this great challenge?
