ETM Group – Training Manager ETM Group is looking to hire a Training Manager to join their Operations Team and help mould the next generation of hospitality superstars.As the group continues to expand it is key to us that our team members receive the very best training and development to help progress their career. In a largely site based role, you will provide a constant line of communication and support to the teams within the group This role will drive and deliver all aspects of training including:• Deliver inspiring and informative induction for all new starters• Ensure that new team members receive departmental and legal training and ensure compliance with ETM Group standard training requirements• Establish the training needs and the training plan to drive guest experience, engagement and individual development• Design new training programs from service standards and ETM Culture• Communicate effectively training results and progressions within internal and departmental meetings• Continually review and evaluate the training opportunities to ensure they meet the needs of the business and remain fresh• Take an active part in the selection/non-selection and offers processes, assessing trial shifts of senior team members providing informed feedback on suitability (e.g, valid reasons for selection/non-selection)Ideal candidates would have:• experience in delivering a range of training including leadership, brand, orientation programs and skills workshops• Ability to identify, design, build and implement new training• Demonstrate ability to be creative and innovative in deliver top class training offerings for the groups venues• Advanced skills on Power Point, Excel and Word• experience within a full service hospitality environmentIf you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please do not hesitate to send a CV through today.
