Training Manager Needed in London

Here at Central Facilities Group we are looking for a Training Manager to join our team in the Heathrow Area.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Welcoming all new starters in your team and lead on their introduction plan.
Guide new starters through the fundamental steps of services for Housekeeping.
Monitor and evaluate the ongoing training to ensure all team members are educated on the correct and agreed company procedures and practices.
Ensure all training materials are up to date.
Follow all Health and Safety procedures

We are looking for:

Previous Housekeeping experience in a Supervisory level.
Previous Training experience would be advantageous.
Highly responsible and reliable
Ability to work as part of a team
Patient and open minded
Lead by Example
Able to demonstrate consistent high quality of cleanliness and service.

Benefits:

Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum
