Training Content Designer – EMEA – The Role.
Reporting directly to the Training Manager you will be responsible for scoping, designing, delivering and evaluating training content to support and enhance the training and education solutions for our Members across EMEA. The position will look at designing targeted training solutions in a variety of formats such as Power Point presentations, video, podcast, eLearning, virtual training and educational marketing materials with the aim of improving key Member capabilities, skills, behaviors, experience and performance. Your brief is to ensure we deliver consistent, targeted training at the right place and  at the right frequency. The role will also involve working collaboratively with project teams and building excellent working relationships with various stakeholders on a local and international level in order to identify training needs and provide effective learning solutions.
Training Content Designer – EMEA – Requirements.
You must have a minimum of 1 – 2 years experience in a training/learning and development role scoping, designing, delivering and evaluating training in a variety of formats. You will ideally have a degree in Business, Marketing or a Nutrition/Food Science related subject. A CIPD Learning and Development qualificationlevel 3 or above would be an advantage.  Excellent computer literacy skills in MS Office, particularly Powerpoint and Excel are essential. In addition, you will be a consummate communicator, both verbally and written and have great time management skills as this is a fast paced organization.
