Crystal Tax Ltd is a bespoke tax practice offering personal and corporate taxation services to sole traders and limited companies operating in the construction, IT and health sectors.
A trainee tax assistant is now required to assist with:
• Setting prospective clients up on company software.
• Applying to HMRC to authorise as tax agent – SA, VAT, Paye.
• Collating income and expenses data from clients.
• Entering such data onto company tax systems.
• Limited company Incorporations and VAT and Paye applications.
• Creating and sending tax returns for clients’ approval.
• Upon receipt of such approval, submissions to HMRC.
• Book keeping and other related ad-hoc tasks.
Full training in the above will be given, and as you develop in the role, you will have involvement in corporate and personal taxation.
So an excellent telephone manner is a must, as is excellent written and spoken English, you should be presentable, numerate, organised, and be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Applicants should also be industrious, flexible, ambitious, approachable, reliable, punctual and polite.
In addition to a basic of £16K-18K dependent upon experience, you will be paid results based bonuses, being engaged in the whole process to ensure your efforts are being rewarded.
Romanian Lithuanian and Russian speakers are welcome to apply :-) Successful candidates should achieve OTEs of £22K-£25K in their first year.
