Trainee Site Manager/ Site Manager required for a project based in Moorgate, London.
The project is a £1,000,000 refurbishment and fit out of offices to a school conversion.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Full site manager H and S
Programming and materials (depending on experience)
Managing 5 direct staff and 4-5 sub-contractors that will include partitions, decorations, flooring, M and E.

Person Specification
My client are ideally looking for a Supervisor/Assistant Site Manager looking to move into Site Management however will also consider experienced Site Manager’s for the position.
Must have previous experience working within commercial refurbs and new build projects.
Must possess SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness Training, First Aid at Work.

Desirable
PASMA Ticket
Carpentry background would be preferred but not essential.

Contract Details
Starts Mid June until Dec 2022 (Temp-Perm may be an option for the right person)
£Rate Negotiable
Mon-Fri 7.30-16.00 (some Saturdays will be required, will be earlier finishes and paid full day)
