We are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator to be a part the team in our office based in Surbiton. To be considered for this role, you will ideally have some industry experience, however, this is not essential. We are looking for a confident individual with a professional manner and excellent customer service skills.
The role will include:
Registering potential tenants
Arranging and attending viewings
Liaising and negotiating between landlords and tenants.
Arranging and agreeing lets
Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with landlords and tenants.
Canvassing for new business opportunities.
Achieving pre-agreed targets.
Candidate profile:
Excellent face to face customer service skills.
The motivation to succeed
Previous sales experience and a sales focused mentality.
Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity.
2.2 Or above degree educated preferable but not essential.
Full driving licence and car essential.
The basic salary for this role will be in the region of £13,000 to £15,000 with realistic on target earnings of £20,000 to £25,000 in your first year. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday from 9am to 6.30pm and you will also work Saturdays on a Rota basis. A car allowance will be provided.
