Our flagship site, Pachamama is a successful, innovative and well established Peruvian inspired restaurant, based in Marylebone, Central London. We have recently opened Chicama, a modern Peruvian-British seafood restaurant in Chelsea and are looking for sensational people to join our teams.
We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Assistant Manager for our Pachamama site. Dedication, passion and the desire to develop yourself are vital to the role, as is the ability to deliver a warm and informed style of service.
About you:
- Solid analytic ability and creative approach to problem solving
- Demonstrable leadership skills, able to educate, motivate and inspire
- Commitment to personal development
- Talent for delivering outstanding standards of service
- Financially astute and commercially aware
- Must possess a positive attitude with unprecedented charm and charisma, able to be the face of the restaurant
- At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a busy operation, preferably with fine dining experience
- Excellent communication skills
