GM Recruitment is a specialist construction recruitment consultancy servicing clients across the UK. With a solid base of clients across and industry, we are in a stage of growth and looking for a trainee resourcer / consultant to join the London team.
The resourcing role involves supporting consultants in managing a range of temporary jobs. After a suitable period of time, the role will evolve to include future progression, and the path in to becoming a consultant and dealing with your own base of clients.
What will you be doing:
• Sourcing and identifying candidates for our temporary roles
• Interviewing and registering new candidates
• Building relationships with candidates
• Helping us deliver our business with new clients
• Working closely with the recruitment consultants throughout the entire recruitment process
