An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our expanding business as a Trainee Rental Agent in our East London Office.
We're looking for a motivated individual to help our clients get to where they want to go.
What is this role all about?
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in coordinating the operational activity of the business including IT, maintenance management, a team of fleet drivers, and assisting with deliveries and collections of fleets where required.
Establish, control and monitor deliveries, collections and queries, supporting appropriate action to overcome delays and difficulties.
Support and deputise for the Branch Manager where necessary and duly authorised.
Where required, plan; communicate and implement change to improve efficiency in the business.
This role would suit an individual ready for a challenge in a fast paced environment; initiative and can-do attitudes are a must.

To be successful in this position, our new team member will have the following:

•Responsibility and reliability
•Flexibility of working hours (6-day shift work including weekends and public holidays may apply)
•You must hold a full and valid driver's licence with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles. International drivers licences will be considered subject to application.
