Trainee Recruitment ConsultantDG Partnership is looking to hire a trainee recruitment consultant, to join our buzzing team in the heart of Covent Garden. We are seeking someone who is keen on developing a career in recruitment, and would like to learn from a team of high performing professionals.Our company focused on marketing and sales recruitment, and is proud to work with the best clients in the business. This includes Pepsico, Red Bull, Unilever, Nestle, L'Oreal and many others.We are now in "scale up" mode and therefore the winning applicant will be driven, ambitious, goal orientated and determined - and will play a major part in our growth story.The Role:You will receive on-the-job training from two of our best consultants, and will work closely with the managing director to develop your sales skills. Within a short period of time, you will be headhunting candidates yourself, be responsible to developing new business, and making placements with clients. There is the opportunity to earn a very good wage. Key responsibilities will include:
Resourcing and finding candidates for the team Assisting and conducting interviews Developing new clients for the business Ensuring our database is accurate Answering client enquiries Create advertisements Researching and market mapping on LinkedIn.
