Trainee Recruiter: To recruit the most suitable individuals to best support our clients (children, young people and adults with disabilities) within their home.
Snap Care recruit high calibre Support Workers, SEN Nannies, Mannies, Carers and Therapists across the UK.
We have an exciting opening for a trainee recruiter based in our Shoreditch office. We need people to understand we are a business, this is not a ‘Hard Sell’ role, it’s about matching the most appropriate people to best support our clients.
Training in recruitment is provided and you will work alongside experienced recruiters to learn organically. The natural progression of this role will be to Specialist Recruiter.
The role will include all aspects of recruitment including CV searching, candidate interviewing, screening, document and reference checking, managing contacts on our CRM (Firefish Software), client home visits, creating job descriptions, plus typical office tasks; emailing, answering the phone.
We are interested to hear from people who are passionate about supporting people with disabilities (and their families), who have the following skills and experience:
Essential:

Some experience related to supporting a child, young person or adult with a disability.
An understanding and awareness of disability issues and commitment to inclusion and diversity.
Computer literate
Excellent telephone manner
The ability to communicate with a variety of people.

One or more of the following is highly preferable:

Some sales experience (including cold calling, telesales, charity fund-raising etc.)
Office experience
Recruitment experience
