Checklist Inventories is currently recruiting Trainee inventory clerks across London, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Reading and Windsor.
No previous experience is required as full training is provided at our offices in London. The right candidates will be presentable, punctual, articulate with a keen eye for detail.
All we require is a 'will-do' attitude and be able to keep up in a fast paced environment and in return we offer competitive rates and a support team to assist you.
The role of the trainee property inventory clerk will include
Visiting and inspecting residential properties
Reporting any damage or issues
Handling keys between agencies, tenants and Landlords responsibly
Photographing the property and all its contents
For the role you will need (All other related items we will provide)
A smartphone
A laptop with an internet connection
A camera
