A full time Trainee Pastry Chef is required for an independent patisserie in Aldgate East, London, E1 in a brand new development.  Jobs include making lunch products and assisting the Pastry Chef with the Patisserie and Viennoiserie which is all hand made on the premises.  This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to become a Pastry Chef with on the job training.
You will be required to manage the kitchen whilst ensuring high standards of food hygiene and following the rules of health and safety.  This position is for a committed individual who cares about producing delicious goods with quality ingredients and wants to push our independent pastry business forward.
The staff are welcoming and friendly in a bright and spacious environment with the kitchen on the same floor as the eating area.
