Due to recent expansion Swift Residential are currently seeking a trainee/experienced lettings negotiator to join the ever-growing dynamic team.
We pride ourselves with one of the fastest growing companies in West London for lettings and sales. Our success has been built around innovative marketing, canvassing and management systems.
The position will be office based however you will be expected to spend the majority of your time on the field letting available vacancies.
Previous estate agency experience would be an advantage but will train the right candidate.
You should have the following qualities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well organised.
Sales background
Motivated
Energy, enthusiasm, and ‘can do’ attitude.
Professional + well-presented to represent company always.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Full driving licence
Key duties
Responding to telephone website leads
Conducting viewings for potential tenants on properties.
Working to weekly and monthly targets
Maintaining our lettings database
Preparing particulars and advertising
Checking in / checking out tenants
Administration
+ Other office duties
- £12,000 - £15,000 Basic (depending on experience) + Excellent Commission structure OTE £25,000 to £29,000 and company car once probation period is passed.
Monday to Friday 9:30 to 6:30 and Saturday 9:30am to 2:30pm but will have a weekday morning off.
