Due to recent expansion we require a new team of Trainee Letting Negotiators to assist our current lettings team over the next coming months. The position will be office based however you will be expected to spend the majority of your time on the field letting available vacancies.
You will be meeting clients from all over the world looking for both long and short term accommodation. You will be required to build rapport and match make to our available vacancies.
Time efficiency is crucial as you will have competition from within the company and outbound. We have broken down the 360 property lettings cycle into three categories; Canvassing, Lettings and Property Management.
This position is for trainee lettings; you will have the opportunity to progress into another sector once you show consistent results and transferable skills.
