Job Description – Trainee Land Buyer
Key: Full Driving Licence - own car
Confident when contacting agents/owners and potential clients whether it be over the phone and on email.
Conducting follow up calls and emails to ensure agents are being serviced.
Canvassing - drafting emails and letters to be sent to agents and owners.
Collating agents contact details throughout Greater London for our database.
Provide updates to Andrea for the internal database.
Opening up buildings for viewings/valuations.
Post
Ordering and going through auction catalogues – ensuring timeframes are logged for new auction dates.
Register with auction companies and diarise specific dates for offer/bid deadlines.
Reading the Estate Gazette to keep up to date with the market Intel.
Assist the office with tasks associated with any day-to-day duties.
Learning property terminology to assist with the role and your development within the industry.
Drive by checking sites/buildings
Using the internet to research property values and to obtain valuable/useful information where appropriate.
Creating spreadsheets to demonstrate particular tasks.
Key Skill/expectation
English grade A , excel and computer literate, desire to work in the property industry or ideally experience in the property industry, living within 1 hour commute of our office in N20
