Vacancies: 2 x Trainee telephonist and operator, one position is full-time Monday - Friday, the second position is part-time for weekends.
experience: No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided to successful candidates. As both roles require interaction with the public, excellent communication and telephone skills are required, along with good computer literacy skills.
Pay: The hourly rate during training is £8.50 per hour, after training this will be adjusted to £10.00 per hour. The performance bonus allows for the hourly rate to increase to up to £20.00 per hour.
