Job Description
We are seeking someone with boundless energy and enthusiasm looking for an opportunity to begin a career in digital media. This role has a huge opportunity with the potential for career development in a rapidly growing business with ambitious plans for the future.
The role will be predominately building relationships with education sector businesses, teacher agencies, schools and west end advertising agencies, helping them recruit the teachers they need to deliver first class education. You must enjoy talking on the telephone and enjoy reaching out to new people by being very pro-active.
You should have an interest in education as a sector but the experience is not important. Full time and part time positions are available.
Key tasks and Responsibilities:
• Advising schools on the options available when posting teacher vacancies
• Building relationships with education sector businesses, teacher recruitment agencies and West End recruitment advertising agencies
• Developing new client accounts and new sales opportunities
• Telephone and face to face client presentations/meetings
• Following up on marketing campaigns and providing relevant information to ensure the company’s maximum sales potential is realised
• Preparing sales presentations, proposals and contracts
• Updating all information and managing the CRM
• Keeping up to date with industry and company trends and developments
• Contribute to the companies wider strategy and goals
Essential experience/skills
• Comfortable making telephone introduction calls and arranging meetings
• Be commercially aware, with an ability to maximize opportunities
• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, articulate with a high standard of written English and presentation skills
• Enjoy the responsibility of managing ‘job posting’ on our website
• Be polished, professional and sophisticated
• Have the maturity to manage accounts and understand analytics
• Competent using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Knowledge of Mailchimp and Wordpress an advantage
• Enthusiastic, energetic and pro-active
