TRADE are recruiting trainee chefs to join their kitchen teams. With two sites comprising a production kitchen and bakery as well as short order service kitchen, TRADE is looking for enthusiastic trainee chefs with a natural ability and passion for producing quality food.
We are looking for team players who are interested in commencing a career in catering. We are well known for our high quality breakfasts and brunches as well as our gourmet sandwiches stuffed full of home-made deli meats. You will be able to learn a wide range of skills from basic vegetable preparation to, meat curing, baking and cake decoration. In addition to which you will be taught how to prepare our hot food menu and will have the opportunity to work in our busy service kitchen.
