Trainee Bar Supervisor - The Royal Opera House.
The Royal Opera House is looking to recruit Bar Supervisors with a passionate interest in food, drink, brilliant customer service and most importantly leadership.
The Royal Opera House is in its final stages of refurbishment for Open Up which will open the doors to the general public as well as enhancing the experience for our guests.
We are looking for Bar Supervisors who would commence as trainee’s to start immediately. We are closed during August due to essential work being carried out at The Royal Opera House so it’s a good opportunity to take holiday with guaranteed work in September or alternatively you could work at our other Company of Cooks venues over the closure period.
The successful Bar Supervisors candidates must:
Be reliable, great team players with excellent performance and organization skills.
Be able to communicate with confidence, with a good standard of English.
Have a great eye for detail and exemplary personal presentation.
Be able to adapt to quickly changing situations.
Show genuine commitment to the job and team.
Lead a team and encourage teamwork while under pressure.
Delegations skills
Open to development with guidance as well as self-improvement.
Successful applicants WILL enjoy:
Starting at £10.00 per hour
