Our friendly bar is looking for an experienced Bar Manager with a hands on approach. We're first and foremost a locals bar with an incredible following - so its essential that you really enjoy chatting and getting to know customers really well.
We're a forward thinking company with a range of venues and are looking for a manager with promotions experience to take one of our venues to the next step working with the GM.
Our venue caters to gay men 25 - 45 years old
What were looking for:
* A good knowledge of running a successful bar- profit focused
* You have an understanding of what gay men ages 25 - 45 want
* What other venues offer from Vauxhall to Soho to Dalston
* How to use social media as a way of engaging customers
* Actively putting on and hosting promotions in the venue
* Your a think and do kind of person
* The type of manager that works as part of the team during the shift.
