We are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Bar Manager for our small and growing independent pub company in South East London. You will be given the support and training required for you to become a successful manager of one of our outlets. We are looking for a driven and hard-working individual who has experience of working in the pub business. Any pub/bar management or supervision experience would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering an excellent customer experience.
Reviewing sales performance and ensuring measures are put in place to drive sales.
Delivering on cost control and profitability.
Recruit, manage and motivate staff
Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained.
Ensuring full Health and Safety compliance.
Key Skills Required:
Self-Motivated and Resilient
Team Player with a ‘can do’ Attitude
Excellent Communication and Coaching Skills.
Ability to Control Costs and Stock levels.
Commercially and Target Driven
Good written and spoken English
