TRADE is looking for an experienced and talented barista to join our passionate and friendly team to work across both our sites, in Spitalfields and in Islington. TRADE is an award winning Speciality Coffee company which is also known for its top quality breakfasts, sandwiches, house-smoked meats, salads and cakes and informal friendly service.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with espresso theory, Brew ratios and confident in dialing in the grinders each morning. Able to serve consistently excellent espressos under pressure and have good milk texturing and latte art. They will also have a passion for trying new coffees, experimenting with different Brew recipes, innovating and contributing their ideas to the team and bringing out that enthusiasm in customers and colleagues.

They will also have a great personality, customer service skills and be a great team player happy, not only to rock out on the coffee machine all day but also happy working on the floor serving customers or running food as required.
This this role would suit somebody with experience and drive to develop their career in the coffee industry.

For the right candidate we will offer a very competitive salary. The shops are open 7.30am - 5pm Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Saturday /Sun.
