KNK Electrical Wholesalers was founded in Hayes Middlesex in 1985 and has grown steadily since then to become one of the largest single site, independently owned, electrical wholesalers/ distributors in the West London and Heathrow Airport area.
Job Summary
You will be working as a key member of the Trade counter sales team and be required to sell electrical industry products to members of the trade and general public. Your responsibilities will include:

Meet and greet customers, fact find and ensure that you meet the specific needs of the customers at all times.
Maximize selling opportunities through customer interaction and cross / upselling.
Where required handle returns, exchanges and collections.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and ‘can do’ approach to your role.
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate business for the company.
Encourage a proactive approach to excellent housekeeping and display standards.
Maintain branch standards to promote the image of the Company to customers and the public in general.

Knowledge, skills and experience required.
The successful Trade Counter Sales person must be an enthusiastic and positive individual.You must have the following key skills and experience:

Proactive and ‘can do’ attitude
Confidence with a friendly and engaging personality.
Comfortable meeting and presenting to members of the public, fluent english.
Excellent Telephone Manner
Must be helpful and polite
Electrical wholesale sales experience and an understanding of the market desirable, though not compulsory as necessary training will be provided.
